Participating in an Online Orchestra

Back in 2018 I saw a plug for a new online orchestra on reddit, called the Reddit Symphony Orchestra. These online orchestras have been around a while, but this one drew my attention. I did the whole concert band thing back in primary school and college, but it has been a few years since then. Even though I'm primarily a drumset player and composer these days, I thought it would be cool to revisit my roots.

I participated in their second project, which came out great, but I left for over a year due to stagnation in new projects. During the Covid-19 pandemic, I returned in 2020, finding it more active than ever. Not only have I participated in many projects, I even submitted one of my own compositions, my first big band tune, and had it recorded by RSO members.

So this isn't necessarily a Väinämöinen project, but I am an active participant so figured I'd show it off here. I am credited on RSO projects with my online alias, Seafroggys.
